Virtual Psychotherapy Sessions (Teletherapy)

Teletherapy sessions are offered for adult clients (age 21+) throughout New Mexico. Teletherapy is offered in 55-minute sessions by secure video platform or by phone. This is talk-therapy style counseling. This service is not for crisis situations.

Nature Walk and Talk Therapy

Nature Walk and Talk Therapy is a 55-minute therapy session conducted while walking in an outdoor location. This is available for adult clients in the Las Cruces, New Mexico area. Meeting for a full session via teletherapy is a prerequisite for beginning Nature Walk and Talk sessions to allow us to talk about whether this modality is a fit based on considerations such as confidentiality and health conditions. Scheduling walk and talk sessions is done via email in order to coordinate logistics.

Payment

Self-pay: Standard session fee is $150. Sliding scale is $90-150/session. Forms of payment accepted: credit card and debit card. A fee will be charged for missed appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. For missed or late-cancelled walk and talk appointments, the full appointment fee will be charged due to planning and logistics considerations.

This practice participates in the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, offering counseling on a sliding scale based on financial need.
